How often should I get my ducts cleaned?
For most homes, every 3–5 years is plenty. You should clean sooner if you’ve done a renovation, moved into an older home, brought home a new pet, or noticed dust on returns within days of cleaning them. Dryer vents are a different story — those want attention every 1–2 years to prevent fires.
How long does a typical job take?
Most single-family homes take one to two hours. Larger homes, very dirty systems, or post-renovation cleans can run longer. We tell you a realistic estimate over the phone before we book.
What does it cost?
Final pricing depends on the number of vents, the size of the home, and any add-ons like sanitization or AC coil cleaning. Call us and we’ll give you a real number over the phone before any work begins — no surprises on the invoice.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. We use truck-mounted power vacuums with HEPA filtration, pneumatic air scrapers, and air hammers — all professional HVAC equipment. The consumer-grade shop-vac and basic-brush combo you see on some quotes doesn’t move enough air or dislodge enough buildup to actually clean a duct system.
Will it be messy?
No. The system runs under negative pressure, so debris is pulled toward the vacuum — not into your home. We lay drop cloths under each register and clean any incidental dust before we leave.
Do you offer weekend and same-week appointments?
Yes. We’re open every day from 8 AM to 10 PM. Same-week and last-minute bookings are common — just call.
