Furnace cleaning and inspection in Mississauga.
Blower motor, heat exchanger, and evaporator coil — the engine of your HVAC system, cleaned and inspected so it runs efficiently all season.
The engine of your system,
cleaned and inspected.
Dust and debris accumulate inside the furnace over time — reducing airflow, straining the blower motor, and making your system work harder than it should. A proper clean extends the life of the unit and keeps heating costs down.

Often bundled — and for good reason
A single mobilization visit covers both your ducts and your furnace. You pay one call-out, we do both jobs — and the combined result is a fully cleaned HVAC system, not just half of one.
Most customers who book duct cleaning also add furnace cleaning once they hear what's inside. Ask about the bundled rate when you call.

Done right.
Furnace cleaning alone takes 60–90 minutes. Combined with duct cleaning, expect 2–3 hours total.
Panel removal
Access panels are removed to reach the blower compartment, heat exchanger, and evaporator coil. No guesswork — we work on what we can see.
Blower & coil clean
The blower motor, heat exchanger, and evaporator coil are vacuumed and cleaned. The heat exchanger is inspected for cracks while we're in there.
Reassemble & test
Everything is reassembled and the system is test-cycled before we leave to confirm proper airflow and ignition.
Common questions.
Still unsure? Call 647-891-2594 and ask Avtar directly.
When should I get my furnace cleaned?
Every 1–2 years, ideally in late summer before you switch from cooling to heating. If you have pets or allergies, annual cleaning is a good idea.
What's the difference between furnace cleaning and duct cleaning?
Duct cleaning covers the air distribution lines — every supply and return vent. Furnace cleaning focuses on the components inside the unit: blower motor, heat exchanger, and evaporator coil. Most homes benefit from both done in a single visit.
How long does furnace cleaning take?
About 60 to 90 minutes on its own. When bundled with full duct cleaning, the combined service typically takes 2 to 3 hours depending on home size.
Is there a bundled price for furnace and duct cleaning?
Yes. Booking both in a single visit saves you the second call-out fee. Call 647-891-2594 for a quote based on your home's size and system.
