AC coil and component cleaning in Mississauga.
Dirty evaporator and condenser coils make your AC work harder and cost more to run. Restore full efficiency in a single visit — best done every spring before cooling season starts.
Both coils cleaned.
Full efficiency restored.
Your AC has two coils — the evaporator inside and the condenser outside. Both need to be clean for heat transfer to work properly. A dirty coil forces the refrigerant cycle to work harder, driving up your electricity bill and wearing out the compressor prematurely.
- Evaporator coil (inside the air handler or furnace)
- Condenser coil (outdoor unit)
- Chemical coil cleaner applied and rinsed
- Reduces hydro bills by up to 20–30%
- Prevents premature compressor failure
- Best booked in spring before cooling season
Best time to book
April and May are ideal — before you need the AC running. Spring cleaning slots book up quickly once warm weather arrives, so calling early gets you the best availability.
If you missed spring and summer is already hot, it's still worth doing — you'll see lower bills for the remainder of the season and your compressor will thank you in the long run.
Two steps.
In and out.
AC coil cleaning typically takes 60 to 90 minutes. Both coils are addressed in the same visit.
Coil inspection
Both the evaporator (indoor) and condenser (outdoor) coils are inspected for fouling, debris, and fin damage before cleaning begins.
Chemical clean & rinse
A professional-grade coil cleaner is applied to both coils, allowed to penetrate, and thoroughly rinsed. Fins are straightened where needed. The system is confirmed running before we leave.
Common questions.
Still unsure? Call 647-891-2594 and ask Avtar directly.
What coils are cleaned during AC coil cleaning?
Both the evaporator coil inside your air handler or furnace and the condenser coil in the outdoor unit. Both must be clean for the system to transfer heat efficiently.
When is the best time to get AC coils cleaned?
Spring, before cooling season starts. Booking in April or May means your system is running at peak efficiency from day one of summer — and you're not fighting for a slot when everyone's AC breaks in July.
Can dirty AC coils damage my system?
Yes. Dirty coils reduce heat transfer, forcing the compressor to work harder and run longer. Over time this leads to premature compressor failure — the most expensive repair on any central AC system.
Will my electricity bill actually go down?
Usually yes. Dirty coils can reduce AC efficiency by 20–30%, which shows up on your hydro bill all summer. Clean coils let the refrigerant cycle work as designed.
